Strategic Management Indicators for Sustainable Road Traffic Management

Human is very critical and important asset of any nation. security the prime need. Also, at organizational level, business success depends on human efficiency. Hence, strategic management to achieve effective performance. This paper assessed various indicators attributes management. However, limitation this study was focus used in traffic bypublic sector ofAbu Dhabi. Evaluation involved 29 common identified from literature. These were categorized into five aslearning & training; setting; emergency response; road engineering vehicle safety; strategiesbeing enforced. Analysis data collected through Questionnaire survey with officials done mean score method. Results analysis showed that review develop a driver training program licensing mechanismis top ranked attribute domain learning training. The respondents highlighted control pedestrian cyclist safety areas seatbelts as useful indicator setting. Top response are development systems for geographical positioning accidents andspreading culture prioritising vehicles situations. Develop an integrated system (ITSMS) most related indicator. While strategies being enforced, mentioned rank developing smart settings minimize accidents.
